Introduction to Handstands with Amy

Join Amy for this fun and playful workshop as we dive into techniques and drills to help you get more comfortable being upside down. This is a wonderful place to start or refine your handstand practice. All levels of handstands are welcome!! There will be something for everyone!

This two hour workshop will be in a small group setting where you can learn technique, build foundations and ask questions! In a busy class it can be tough to figure out some of the more tricky parts of the practice, so take this as an opportunity to focus in and find space to grow.

In this session there will be ample time to build into your inversion foundations before exploring balance and working on improving control while being upside down. Amy will warm up the body before offering up longer holds, variations, and play…lots of play!
