Sound Bath

Service Description

Sound has a long history of therapeutic use and science shows how it can move us from a sympathetic state (the state of fight or flight) to a parasympathetic state (mental and physical calm), how vibration and frequency address the health of the cells and organs of the physical body, and how sound working on the endocrine system will lower anxiety and boost the immune system. Sound also helps us learn about ourselves and develop and deepen a meditation, self-care, and spiritual practice. A sound bath uses intention, instruments, harmonics, rhythms, and voice to release energetic blockages, synchronize brain waves, and induce ease and harmony by restoring the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our body. Please come with your yoga mat, bolsters or pillows for comfort (for under your knees/head), a blanket (it may be a cool), and a scarf for your eyes. Thanks, have a beautiful day!
