Service Description

Join us for an interactive experience involving ample time to practice in community around the theme of nourishment. What truly nourishes you? What truly nourishes a community? This workshop weaves together gentle movement, meditation connected to the elements (earth, air, fire, water, ether) inquiry work, and optional journaling connected to the upcoming Fall Equinox. Every BODY welcome. There will be no hands-on assists during this practice. Modifications to yoga postures will be given and encouraged. Your body, your practice!
